The breakfast was delicious and the staff was responsive. The rooms with a great view as well as comfortable bed. Location adjacent to a train station and a shopping mall name Midori and a mall with many eateries and the famous Zenkoji Temple.

Located right next to JR Nagano train station. Rooms were good size, and clean.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable. the bathroom and satellite TV were really great. the hotel room had climate control and an individual safe. the food was appetizing and fantastic. the hotel's location is marvelous for the price, being close to Nagano JR east train station, an awesome mall with Sake bars, and a department store.
